Main Breeding Species on the Islands

On the opposite side of the bay to Suwad Al Janubiyah the breeding island for Socotra Cormorants is this small Jebel,
about 10 meters in height - as the juveniles become capable of some flight many will repeatedly climb to the top,
to launch themselves into space and glide down to the water (left) or desert (right) below
not totally stupid only the experienced leave from the top
They look more like penguins as they climb, note the well trodden path leading to the top - one has to ask do birds have fun
