Hello all
Hope that you are all warmer than the Eastern Cape has been for the last few days. Winter has well and truly arrived and it has been super cold and windy!
All is well at Kariega, life goes on and I am sure that animals - both two- and four-legged are eagerly awaiting summer!
It has been a busy yet quiet winter season - 3 baby elephants in 4 months. One female lion very possibly preggies (will let you all know the minute we know/or see anything). The baby Rhino's are growing fast as well.
Quiet a lot of Game was moved from KE to the new side of Kariega (Harvestvale) - everything from Impala to Giraffe. Best news yet is that they removed all the Giraffe form KW (lion & ele side) as well - so no more nasty surpirises driving into Lions munching Giraffe!
Have attached some pictures taken in the last week!
4032 - Aardvark: Saw it at 15h30 on GD with guests! And managed to get a picci!
4102, 4122 , 4123, 4137 - Elephant: New arrivals and Mum's!
Enjoy photo's and send regards to all!
Regards
