Having been away for most of September it was nice to get out and about again but what I didn't count on was a computer disaster, a corrupt hard drive that cause problems in my backup disc as well - have been able to resurrect a lot of the data but still have a lot missing yet to be recovered.
Still October was a golden month so I shall start with the best first.....
White-tailed Plover - my first juvenile and very approachable
Sociable Plover a lucky encounter a few quick images was all I got through grass - before it was off
Red-wattled Plover now a regular and breeding species beginning to turn up in numbers.
